1. New Partner Training Program (NPTP)
Professional Growth from Zero to One
Standardized Training System: Our New Partner Training Program (NPTP) combines online and offline learning methods, ensuring that every new colleague can receive training anytime and anywhere. By watching training videos and completing quizzes and assignments, new colleagues can comprehensively grasp the fundamental knowledge and skills of the insurance industry.
Personalized Guidance: After completing online learning, each new colleague will receive one-on-one targeted training from their direct supervisor to ensure effective learning and address any questions.
Practical Experience: We arrange for experienced financial planners to guide new colleagues in actual client meetings. New colleagues can choose to observe client interactions or be accompanied by senior colleagues for free. With the support of their mentors, new colleagues can receive immediate assistance and guidance if they encounter any issues during client meetings, ensuring a smooth process.
Objective: Through systematic training and the accumulation of practical experience, we aim to provide a comprehensive learning experience, enabling new colleagues to develop professional competence and confidently plan for the future with clients in the shortest time possible.

2. Advanced Training for New Partners
Advanced Course - Practical Foundations, Advancing to Professionalism
Practical Drillings: Following the completion of the NPTP, new partners will enter the advanced course. Led by financial planning instructors with MDRT, COT, and TOT honors, the course consists of 80 drilling topics to help new partners master the complete financial planning process from client acquisition to closing deals.
Flexible Grouping: Groups are restructured monthly to ensure new colleagues can learn from different instructors and absorb diverse experiences.
Expert Version Course: For experienced peers, we offer an expert version of the advanced course, focusing on AIA products and the unique content of UTOPIA.
3. Continuous Learning, Constant Evolving
Lifelong Learning, Ongoing Improvement
Online and Offline Integration: Continuing education courses are conducted not only in-person but also via live online sessions, ensuring that new partners can participate in learning regardless of their location.
Diverse Content: Weekly continuing education sessions include case study sharing, thematic discussions, and guest lectures, covering training on insurance and products, AI, online marketing, family offices, legal matters, taxation, education, healthcare, and more, equipping new partners with comprehensive skills.


4. 1-on-1 Mentorship

SWOT Analysis: Direct supervisors will provide personalized guidance based on each partner's SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).
Target Market and Performance Tracking: Supervisors will help partners clarify their target markets, track performance progress, and provide professional advice based on environmental changes.
Ongoing Support: Supervision is not limited to the onboarding phase but continues throughout the entire career, ensuring that every colleague remains competitive in a constantly changing market.
