Who is Wave

After graduating from the Department of Electronic Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1997, Wave resolutely changed his career and joined AIA Group as a financial planning consultant. Wave is proactive and continues to study. He obtained CFPCM before he was 30 years old. He now has 15 professional qualifications and has become a multi-talented financial planner and senior NLP practitioner.

Wave has won numerous awards, including the HKMA Outstanding Young Salesperson Award (OYSA) in 2000. After more than a year in the industry, he became a member of MDRT and obtained MDRT Lifetime Membership in 2009 amid the impact of the financial tsunami. He was subsequently selected as the Outstanding Insurance Agent of the Year by the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI), selected as the Hong Kong Insurance Person of the Year by iMoney, and was selected as the Asia's Best Insurance Leader of the Year and the Asia's Best Digital Leader of the Year by Singapore media Asia Advisers Network in 2019 and 2020 respectively.

In addition to writing columns for Hong Kong's "Sing Tao Daily", "Economic Weekly" and "Etnet" over the years, Wave's books "The Secret Key to Building a 100% MDRT Team", "Ecstasy" and "Big Order" have also topped the bestseller lists of Eslite and Commercial Press. Mr. Zhou is also frequently invited to speak at organizations at home and abroad on diverse topics, including financial planning, investment, sales promotion, marketing, service, motivation, image and interpersonal communication skills. He has given more than 400 speeches in the past ten years, with an audience of more than 70,000 people. He is a very popular and experienced speaker.
