About Utopia

I initially joined the insurance industry simply because I was attracted by its unlimited potential for development. However, after experiencing many insurance claims, both large and small, I discovered from the smiling faces of my clients and their families that my work is actually full of meaning. Life affects life. Unconsciously, I have walked into other people's lives and improved the lives of many people.

But with just my mouth and hands, the number of people I could help was always limited. That's when I came up with the idea of building a highly educated elite team, teaching every member everything I knew, so that they could avoid detours and help more people in need.

I named the team UTOPIA (U District), which means Utopia. Because I hope this will be a country where young people can develop their ideals and another home for my colleagues. I also believe that our profession can make the world more like a utopia.

With U District’s unique “Replicate Young COT System”, we achieved an unprecedented record of 100% MDRT and 38.7% COT and TOT in 2016, creating a legend in the insurance industry!
