I initially joined the insurance industry due to its unlimited potential for growth. However, after handling numerous claims — both large and small — I discovered the profound impact of my work. Witnessing the smiles of my clients and their families has shown me that my role is truly meaningful. Life affects life, and I have had the privilege of entering the lives of others and making a positive difference.

However, I realized that my ability to help was limited by my own capacity. This inspired me to build a highly educated elite team, where I could share my knowledge and expertise with each member. By doing so, we could avoid common pitfalls and collectively assist more people in need.

I named the team UTOPIA (U District), symbolizing a vision of an ideal community. My hope is that this will be a space where young professionals can pursue their aspirations and find a second home among colleagues. I firmly believe that our profession has the power to make the world resemble a utopia.

With UTOPIA’s unique “Replicate Young COT System,” created by Mr. Wave Chow, we achieved an unprecedented record of 100% MDRT and 38.7% COT and TOT in 2016, setting the world record as the "Team with the Highest Percentage of MDRT Members in the World." This accomplishment has created a remarkable legacy in the insurance industry.

Additionally, UTOPIA is Asia's first financial planning team to obtain both ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 certifications. These certifications demonstrate that we meet international standards of excellence and professionalism across all areas.
