Membership Structure
The positioning of Core colleagues is "Team Player with the spirit of a wealthy medical team." The goal is to build them into regional supervisors and continue to develop them into Top of the Table (TOT). To achieve this goal, Core colleagues need to have the mindset of successful people, good work and life values, professional knowledge and skills. Discipline comes before self-discipline, so coming to work on time every morning is essential.
Premier Lady is a platform analyzed from Core, with the same positioning as Core, but with a different management model, specially designed for working mothers. Premier Lady colleagues have different and shorter weekly working hours than Core colleagues, with flexibility to accommodate working mothers balancing family and career, realizing the motto "achieving self-fulfillment and happy family."
The positioning of Associate is "Business Partner," suitable for colleagues who need freedom and have high self-discipline and high-demand customer groups. Since they are not suitable for or unable to follow the team's lifestyle, there are no seating arrangements in the office and no fixed office hour requirements. They are mainly supervised by their direct Leaders.
The KEY platform is designed for people who don't live in Hong Kong and mainly focus on MCV business with mainland approved clients. Through evening online training, with remote work system support, colleagues can share in the benefits of Hong Kong insurance in this era.

After graduating, I've been with Utopia for 13 years. I'm happy to witness and am very grateful that today's Utopia team has become the most dynamic team in the entire company and even the industry. Nowadays, many traditional insurance teams are facing aging issues, and as the industry faces operational difficulties, they also face challenges. Joining Utopia opened my MDRT journey! In early 2023, I began visiting Hong Kong again to accompany my child studying abroad. By that time, I had been working at AIA for 5 years, but later found that Hong Kong insurance was not what I expected in terms of industry and company. At this time, Utopia opened the Key platform for colleagues who don't live in Hong Kong, and I joined this platform, having a solution to balance career and family. In recent years, I've participated in team meetings, training, and customer service online, returning to Hong Kong periodically to handle matters that need to be dealt with in person. My career continues, and I've established a suitable work rhythm, practicing MDRT's "whole person" concept.

I firmly believe that AIA Utopia is the insurance advisory team with the most resources globally, with an admirable management system. It provides completely professional training, allowing members to master the details of Hong Kong, China, and Macau markets. Utopia members' learning and professional standards are admirable, and the team culture is selflessly supportive. With Wave's excellent management, we can develop securely here, creating a successful business platform.

Before joining Utopia, I worked at another insurance company for three years and had heard about MDRT's reputation but didn't understand corporate culture. In 2017, I chose the Utopia team. Although colleagues from Hong Kong and mainland have different cultures, we work closely together. In this mutually supportive family, I was promoted to Regional Director in 2023 and to Regional General Manager in 2023. Choosing Utopia was my wisest decision!

After working in the insurance industry for twenty years, I decided to join the breakthrough Utopia team to embrace new challenges. Although colleagues from Hong Kong and mainland have different cultures, they work closely together under management support. I achieved MDRT in three months and became an Elite Premier Advisor in five months. The team now has 10 partners. My goal is to become an AIA Regional Director within three years, and I look forward to creating a better future together!

After 12 years in insurance, I moved to Utopia 6 years ago. This is an opportunity to start with new ideals and joy. Changing companies means being responsible for clients' trust and support. At Utopia, I continuously learn and grow, still serving clients and providing better quality service, helping me pursue excellence in the insurance industry.

After graduating from university in 2014, I entered a local bank as a customer service manager, seeking stable work. However, the bank's sales targets often ignored customers' real needs. I thought if doing the right business and saving is a win-win, besides earning income, I also hope to bring value to others. After contacting Utopia, I changed my view of the insurance industry and improved my professionalism and market competitiveness in its youthful, active atmosphere and joyful sharing culture.

I used to think banking was enough to earn money, learn more, and earn more, but after several years, the actual work content was repetitive and involved overtime. When I hit a career bottleneck, I learned about AIA and Utopia and decided to join. In this worthwhile working environment, I learned many things I hadn't encountered before and had the opportunity to practice, while also improving my time management and ability to benefit others. I realized that often, diligence and effort are more important.
